Type it into google and you are bombarded with a variety of links to core value lists, core value examples, dictionaries, questionnaires, definitions, meanings… the list goes on.

Core values are statements, actions, emotions which broadcast your highest priorities. We all have core values, even if we haven’t taken a moment to think about them. Our core values instinctively mould who we are, how we act, what we say, do, feel and think.

We decided to determine our own individual core values, focusing on three values which we feel are a priority in our life.

These values do not necessarily have to be present in your lives right now, they could be drivers or goals to help you steer your career, take you places that will make you feel fulfilled and happy.

Why not give it a go. What are your core values?

You might be surprised with what you come up with.
